A wholesome tool to solve problems for communication and resolution.

I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!

Works great, everything a helpdesk software needs.

Great customer support service. I have 3 accounts with them for 3 of my websites and it is an amazing service. They also just launched a bot service for their chat support and cant wait to use it. Theie support via Whatsapp is fast and problems are solved quickly. Thank you and cheers from Morocco

The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on. The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.

Best Support Center LTD on the market!! I am so glad I found them. The support is amazing and product is solid. Features work as promised and new features arrive before promised. I wasted several months with LabiDesk but glad that Desku.io is living up to my expectations.

Desku is one of the best customer support software I have ever used! Our team was using Freshdesk for the past few months and we are very thankful to find Desku! It is incredibly easy to setup and the support is very friendly and quick.
