I love my new frames the prescription is correct and i love that they put my them in my frames already for me. They could do better next time by making sure they send a notification or something to let me know they have arrived. But other than that i had a great first experience and would use this site again!

I find Designer Frames to be very good. They respond quickly to help resolve issue and answer questions. Awesome selection of Eyewear. I will use them again and make recommendations as well. The only snag I had was I placed an order using my current email, and my order was placed under an old compromised email. For the duration of the order all correspondence was sent to the compromised email. I asked to have that email deleted entirely, to avoid future purchases mix ups. Hopefully, that has been remedied. Besides the snag I enjoy shopping with D/F and look forward to continued business with them.
