I really love the frames and the process to get it!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Designer Frames, but I never received the items, and I was never provided with any tracking information. Communication has been non-existent, and I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I sent in an old pair of frames that I really liked and asked Designer Frames to put in dark sunglass lenses. They turned out great!
