I ordered two pairs, a pair of the A$AP Rocky Ray-Ban Collab ( full rimless ) and a pair of Burberry. Both came with correct lenses and correct. However, the full rimless frame arrived in a state where it was almost falling apart the screws were not secured whatsoever. I did order aftermarket sunglass lenses, but that does not mean that they should do the bare minimum, just placing the stuff on and then shipping it out. I have now gone to three different opticians, having to get them to tighten it for me, and one of them ended up, scratching the sunglass lens. It’s pretty retarded that you didn’t screw down the pair before you sent them out. Other than that, the stuff came as described I guess.

Great prices! Great deals and quick turn around. My lenses are complicated and expensive. I was able to get alk new glasses and lenses for the price of just my lenses anywhere else!

Me encantarin mis nuevos espejuelos, llegaron super protegidos, tenia el temor de que cuando me los pusiera estuvieran desnivelados, pero tienen muy buena nivelación.

My order number is DFO469123. The left lens fell out of the glasses as soon as I began to wear them. The lens appears to be defective (no outward groove to fit into the frame). I need to get them repaired or replaced. So far, I've exchanged a couple of emails and no action has been taken. The last message asked if I received the shipment.

I don’t why but my husband ordered a pair of Gucci frames with no prescription and had them sitting for over a year. I decided to mail the frames to Designer Frames and they did not miss. My husband cannot stop raving about how clear and precise he can see. He is in sales and texted me to ask “who did my prescription this customer wants to know” LoL. Thank you for a job well done!!

I bought these same frames from a local shop for twice what I paid on here. My insurance covered the first pair I bought locally but the frame price was double what I paid on here. With lenses the glasses on here cost what just the frames were priced at my local shop. Prescription was done well. No issues there. Took about two weeks from the time I ordered to the time I received them in Alaska. Good experience.
