My glasses we missing a clip and scratched upon arrival. Emailed customer service with a picture and the clip-on ray-ban shades were out of stock and she said you didn’t expect to receive another shipment. Nothing was offered.

Designer Eyes was great! When I got my confirmation email, it didn't come with a tracking number so at first I was a little worried. This problem was fixed with a simple call into the office, and the next day I got a confirmation email with a tracking number. I got my package within a weeks time and I love my new sun glasses!
