I bought three pairs of sunglasses and love them all. The prices are insanely awesome. The product is brand new and packaged carefully.

I have ordered a pair of designer sunglasses. When the product came in, the frame was correct, but it was for prescription glasses, not sunglasses. I have returned the product. It was difficult to return, as the company would not return emails, trying to push me to accept the product as is. After securing the RMA and returning the product, can not get a refund for 3 weeks now. Company does not return emails. This is pushing me to declare this a fraud and go to the credit card company and likely BBB or other business review agencies. Sad experience.

Love my new Gucci glasses and they came fast. Customer service was very helpful every step of the way as well.
