My days are hectic, so I tried to open an account online. I received an email stating it was under review and I would get a response within 24-48 hours. The next day I received an email stating my application was denied, but no reason given. I had a very small window in my schedule the following day. I went to the branch inside Fry’s Marketplace and I went the first available teller and I had the account opened within 10 minutes. Great service! Great employee’s!

Do not get an loan from this company. Make sure if you are getting an auto loan at the car dealer you tell them this. After two weeks from date of purchase of my vehicle I did not here from this company. I called and they had no record of me. I gave them my info and also checked with the dealer who had transmitted the info on the day of sale. All of a sudden two days later Desert Financial sends me a welcome email. I spent the next two weeks trying to set up ACH payments and this dinosaur of a credit union has no methodology to transmit via tab when you are siget a loangned in to your account your bank routing number and account number. They have a separate department that requires the transmittal of a docusign form to get this done. They sent me four forms with the wrong info on each until they got it cleared up. When you get a loan at a dealer they ask for proof of insurance and that is it. This foolish company requires line item info of your insurance including a binder. They are back in the last century! In every case they do not have auto loans under on department, a silo mentality. Insurance does not sit under the same roof as the ACH folks, CSR's don't have access to any data. The website has no tabs to see the documents you have sent in and when you send in documents they do not send email confirmation. The CEO and upper-management should be fired!

This company is horrible. This company holds your checks for longer than seven days. They don’t tell you when you open a bank account that you have to wait the seven days they say it goes into your bank direct deposit but then when I put in my first check they said I had to wait for seven days and I said Why didn’t y’all say anything before I made my account here because I I’m sure if they said that I wouldn’t have made my bank account here. They didn’t say nothing because they knew they were in the wrong and just asked me again if I wanted to wait the seven days Don’t recommend don’t come here. Bad service bad customer service
