glenda carter the front office lady was so rude was rushing us into making a decision cause of my bed written grandma was having trouble like are you serious she was practically yelling at us and giving us so many dirty faces VERY VERY unprofessional and would not recommend for anyone there’s thousands of banks out there better then this was not helpful at all and made it stressful for my grandma and me VERY bad experience just amazes me how people like her even work here

First off I went there to purchase CD's. The interest rate was excellent and so was Jackeline Estrada.. She really knows her job, she was so helpful. She helped me open a checking account and purchased 4 CD's. She made the whole process easy. I left there that day with everything I wanted. I am very happy.
