Update2025-09: answers from reps are now much more helpful, useful, faster. Although their online banking can be improved, they're headed in the a better direction. Thanks!! Old 2024-09: the trend seems to be slow quitting for some reps. I asked them to check my validation information. The rep then asked if I wanted him to check my validation information. I ask him to find a coop atm, but then he says I should look for coop atms on the coop site. Not very helpful..

Love this bank! It’s such a good bank, great benefits, you get a referral of 100$ if you know somebody with the same bank! I’ve never had any issues

We opted for this credit union because it was close to our home and we just moved here from another state so the location was good for us. A year later, we discovered, everything here is ties to a fee. The last credit union we had in Washington State, would automatically transfer funds from savings to checking for us and was always willing to work with us when there's an issue. NOT this bank. They don't do that for you BUT if you want them to do that, their is a fee associated with that. Needless to say, we will be moving our accounts out.

Do NOT open an account with this bank!!!!! Online banking does not work properly. Reps give incorrect information when called !! I opened an account and closed my two existing bank accounts consolidating my funds. I transferred a retirement account to DF creating an IRA. When attempting to sign in online, not remembering signin info, I attempted to obtain using their security. The info provided by the rep was not accepted. Twice I inquired on this and twice was given incorrect info. I was forced to withdraw IRA funds to pay mortgage/electric/and other bills only to find they charge a fee to get your own money!!!! It has been over a month and I am still not able to access online information. I'm thru with these inbiciles. I'm moving all my funds to a bank that works with customers instead of raping them. And there's no way in hades they will get the funds from the sale of two properties.
