When shipping, our goal is to make sure all orders are delivered by Friday that week. We got your order on Wednesday and there is no way it would deliver by Friday with ground shipping. Where you are located the order would ship on Monday or Tuesday and deliver by Thursday or Friday. We apologize that ground shipping is longer transit time then 2 days.

Thank you for finally sharing you order information. The order you provided is not in our system, our order numbers never start with the letters UKXXXX. You have not and and never ordered from Desertfarms.com or engaged with any of our customer service reps DESERTFARMS.COM does NOT ship to the UK. You have left a review on the desertfarms.com page. Our team has never had an interaction with you. The UK website which you have ordered is not associated with DESERTFARMS.COM. While many businesses resell our products internationally we are not affiliated with them. We are a standalone company and deliver camel milk to North America only.
