We are very transparent about the size of all our products and how much customers will be getting. It takes 84 pints of milk just to make 3 pounds of powder, the machine runs 24 hours a day for a week. With the powder you are getting about eight 8oz glasses of milk. We apologize you did not understand how much powder a 7oz pouch contains before you made the purchase.

Indeed, nowadays milk would arrive to customers almost thawed, which is completely fine you just have to make sure to refreeze the bottles that won't be consumed right away. Regarding your refund, our system shows that we successfully refunded the shipping charges last July 22, and that would have been reflecting your account in 5-7 days.
