Product is great, I have ordered it many times and will do so in the future. However, the delivery was not good. It did not arrive as scheduled, no information as to why, no update from carrier or company.

Your website has an error. When you offer 3 jars of ghee, the order form states hump fat. I am a new customer...I have never even tasted camel milk yet...on black friday I tried to order 3 jars of ghee, and 6 jars of hump fat....I wanted my Mom to try it. She is 91. What I got in the mail was 12 jars of hump fat...a bit much for a newbie...I tried ph contact, and em when I discovered the error...I got no response.

Good product, absolutely awful service. I was their subscription customer and every time they delayed my order due to one reason or another. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service. If you or your family rely on camel milk (like me) then look elsewhere as these guys don't care.

I'm deeply annoyed with their service and delivery. A large order was placed for the next day delivery. Its been over two weeks now and we're still waiting. They given us no update however they'll be happy to grab people's money and keep it even though they have not provided the service that they said they would. They think they can get away with anything with a simply apology. Shameful

I am a subscriber and every month I receive an email that my order is delayed because of high orders. Shouldnt subscriber orders bd fulfilled first? I have asked and have received no response from the company.

It takes for ever between placing an order to when you get it delivered. In short, you are unable to produce to levels that satisfy demand and because of this, consumers have to carry this inefficiency on your behalf.

None of our orders of camel milk powder came on time

I rarely leave any negative reviews for anything, but this had me very frustrated. We order camel milk regularly and I’ve realised that this company charges a lot of the next day delivery but have never delivered the next day. My recent order took exactly ONE WEEK for it to arrive and I paid for the next day delivery which they had the audacity to charge £18 and refused to refund it. Shocked and disgusted.
