Hello, thank you for your review. This section of the review is more about the service you received and not so much about the product. You may leave a product review on the our website by click on the product you wish to review. But to address your concerns, please allow up to 2-3 months for the Obagi Clear to start showing results. The products will not start showing results normally with a months use. The Clear must be used twice a day, both morning and night in order to achieve maximum results. We hope in the next month or so the results will start to show. Thank you so much for your orders!

Hi Fernando, we apologize. The product you ordered was discontinued and unfortunately our remaining stock had been damaged. You were issued a full refund earlier this morning and the money should be back into your account within 1 - 2 business days. Hello, we are sending you the free gift today, I see your order does not show a free gift on the order details however it does qualify for one. Often times customers accidentally remove the gift or proceed to checkout before it populates into the cart. At any rate, your order does qualify for the gift and we will be sending it out today! As for not responding, we apologize, we have been short staffed with the pandemic and just now getting back on track with responding to our emails, we are a days behind still.
