I am very impressed with Dermavenue! I placed my first order for Skinmedica and iS Clinical products that were promptly delivered. However, I found that the one of the products had leaked during travel. So I went back to the website and used their chat feature to see how they could resolve my problem. The chat agent was so awesome and very quickly dispatched a replacement order to me. She also asked me what products I liked overall and said she'd send me a gift from my favorites for my troubles. Not even 48 hrs later Fedex delivered my replacement product. Also inside the package was a gift bag filled with sample goodies and a full-size iS Clinical Hand Sanitizer - which was a nice touch! I am extremely happy with Dermavenue and will be sure to order my skincare products from this store from now on.

Never received order. Edited: after not receiving my order and contacting the company without reply, I left a negative review here and was then immediately contacted. They ended up shipping me a full sized product even though I only ordered travel size and sent along lovely gifts, as well. I’ll def use them again.
