We have come up from houston the last 8 years for the Derby and the Oaks. We started using DerbyBox several years ago and if I could give them twenty stars I would. They are friendly and reasonable and they go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for in terms of seat location and price. They follow through with delivery exactly as promised.If you use Stubhub or one of the other online ticket brokers you will likely get hosed.DerbyBox does it right.

Everything was wonderful - service, product, experience - with one exception, the shuttle. We were first-timers and when we were dropped at the Derby, in our excitement we neglected to note the precise intersection of streets where we needed to return to after the race to catch our ride back to the hotel. In the post-race chaos of so many people leaving in the rain at the same time, we searched and searched by memory, but could not locate our shuttle. A thought for DerbyBox - consider providing shuttle passengers with a map when they board pinpointing location(s) of pick-up after the race and have a call line where customers in dire need can call for help. That's it! Everything else was spectacular! Although next year we are buying the weather guarantee coverage! Hahaha.
