DerbyBox.comReviews of derbybox.com

We had so much fun at the Kentucky Derby. Our seats were great and we really enjoyed our time. It was nice to have DerbyBox.com handle tickets and I felt confident we got a very fair price. The tickets arrived in plenty of time very nicely packaged! We will use DerbyBox.com in the future and look forward to more experiences like this one.

Simple to use and as advertised. Tickets arrived in plenty of time. Only reason for 4 stars; I question the price. Seems high even now after having attended the Derby.

They were great to work with and purchase with. The only problem we ran into is when we got to the hotel they didn’t have four of us staying in the room so luckily they had rooms with two beds that they could move us to.

It is very nice how they line everything up for you. However, I would have given it 5 stars but you can not pick your seats. You kind of get what you get in your section. It would be much better if I could have picked my location with in the section that was available

My experience with DerbyBox was very pleasant and made for a nice Derby day and weekend.

Everything was great. No problems

Very good seats, and great customer service. Prices naturally rose as we got closer to the derby - however, in my case they rose 50% in one business day. This would be my only reservation.

Folks were very good to deal with. Only disappointment was that we were advised to requested rows nearer the front of the section (which we did) and did not get them; ending up at the very back of the covered section with restricted view of the track. Also there was an isle way in front of the box that was constantly congested with foot traffic. This box should have not been as expensive as the lower ones under cover.
