DerbyBox.comReviews of derbybox.com

Derbybox.com was a homerun! I am very familiar with the seating at Churchill Downs and my tickets were exactly as described on their site. Not only was I purchasing Kentucky Oaks tickets for myself but for five other people .... they had to be perfect and they were! Thank you DerbyBox.com!

Nice experience, amazing race...!!! Rain, Rain, Rain but Kentucky Derby is the best race of the world

The seats were had were not good. We were on the very back row in a box with six young people, who were there to drink and party. We tolerated the situation because, at least we were under cover and not sitting in pouring rain. The worst part of this experience was the transportation. The driver who took us to Churchill Downs did not know where he was supposed to go which caused a long walk to the gate. After the race, we were never able to find a Derby Box van. Ended up walking and standing over two hours in the rain to get a cab. It was a NIGHTMARE! We will never use this service again. The best part was a nice hotel downtown that was convenient to museums and other things we wanted to do.

Billed part of the order to the wrong credit card. Would not correct the mistake. Rude, hung up on me. Did not get the parking area that I requested. I booked early, did not get the best tickets as I have in the past. Customer service has declined in the past couple years

great job fix the weather next time lol

Great time at the event. Would highly recommend to everyone I know

Horrible experience. Was sold the incorrect tickets after trying to reconfirm that they were correct and was told several times that they were. Called 20 times from the derby for help, never got a response, not even days after. Disgusting how we were treated by this company

We were extremely pleased with the seats we purchased through Derby Box. They were an excellent company to work with. I am already recommending them to friends.
