My appliance was sent to me fast and fit amazingly! When I ordered a second appliance and it was the wrong one, they fixed it fast and got the right one to me quickly! The service was amazing! Will use them again! And would highly recommend!

I love my dental product!!!! It's amazing matched perfectly to my smile!!!! I honestly can say this product has changed my life! I feel like the confident me again! they get my full support and I am one happy customer.

Your customer service was amazing. You kept me informed every step of the process. Ordering something online can be scary. You never know if you’re actually going to get the product. You addressed my anxious questions immediately. The product fits perfectly and has made me confident to really smile again.

I wish that I could give it a zero. I previously purchased veneers from another company 2 years ago and they were quite a bit more money so when I finally needed to get a new pair, I thought I would try something that was a little bit less expensive but not.”cheap”. It took about four weeks to get my veneers. They did not fit at all. You couldn’t get them on my teeth. If you used a rubber mallet. I know I can send them back and have them remade, but to be honest with you, they are the ugliest, most hideous things I have ever seen you are not even getting what you pay for in this instance. As soon as I tried to put them on, my grandson was in the room and said “Nanny those look like fake vampire teeth” I should have just spent the extra $700 and gotten the the veneers that I purchased two years ago. I am looking for something temporary because I’m getting full mouth implants in 1 1/2 years and was hoping this would be the last pair that I would need until then. The pair that I had now from another company has lasted two years and I even eat every meal with them. DO NOT GET THESE!!! I wasted almost $1000 can’t get my money back and I actually threw them in the trash. Buyer beware!

Affordability was the most important thing for me. I went for quite awhile with a void in my smile due to the cost of the appliance with my dentist. The process is straightforward and turn around time was quicker than stated and expected. One thing of note and not sure if only my experience - when taking out the composite tray after the 4 and half minutes, they stuck to my teeth and took a lot of shimmying on each side to get it off. This was only a concern due to having a crown both on top and bottom teeth. I was afraid it would take the crown out, how stuck it was to my natural teeth. Overall, great experience and no longer embarrassed to big smile 😊

This company has been a life saver. Aspen dental ruined my life, charged me 15 hundred for a temporary partial that broke 2 days later. My lack of faith and trust in dental offices I ordered a partial from DLD easy process, received a perfect fitting partial for a fraction of the cost of the temporary, liked it so much ordered a back up one, still less than they charged me for temporary at dentist, 3 years later I ordered a different kind, I have only praise for this company, without them I wouldn't be able to eat and would never leave my house. Thank you DLD.

I love how real the partial looks.

I recently ordered an upper retainer style false teeth setup. Very smooth transaction between purchase, delivery of my retainer/teeth. Really happier with the fit and look than I expected. Very highly recommend Dental Lab Direct for anyone looking to get their smile back.
