Dental Lab Direct owner Joe called me directly. He responded to my review stating I was a competitor. Untrue, I am a guy that ordered a product from Dental Lab Direct. I contacted the phone number provided, it is an automated system and the robotic voice promises a call back within 24 hours. This absolutely DID NOT HAPPEN, nor did I receive an email within 24 hours. Fact! I travel and could not respond to Joe's repeated calls! Fact! He left me a voicemail claiming I am demonic, a very weak man, a little man and on and on. I have saved the voicemails and emails received from this extremely disturbed individual! I recommend anyone thinking of using this business think twice. Go to the BBB and count the number of 1 star reviews, make sure you have a calculator! I am not alone! The customer service is pathetic! The owner has issues and I have the voicemails and emails to back up this claim! Good Luck!

I want to share my experience with DLD because the level of unprofessionalism deserves to be seen. I originally filed a chargeback for non-delivery after my order passed the 3–4 week window with no tracking information and nothing but vague responses from the company. Funny enough, they shipped the package a day after the claim was filed during the 4th week (Thursday). Once the package finally arrived, I immediately contacted my bank to update the claim. But there was a new issue - poor quality! With an obvious mistake in the dental appliance, which I documented with photos and an email from one CSR rep who said it didn't look right. Basically there was a huge hunk of plastic at the end of the appliance and the color was way off. I called DLD again to see if this could be resolved. Instead of checking their own email history talking about the issue. DLD responded by accusing me of making “mendacious claims.” -The agent meant malicious. Translation: they didn’t do even the bare minimum to understand what was happening and try to resolve the issue. Instead accused me of making a false claim My bank sided with me because the dental appliance was SO bad. I only sent a picture but they could see the color was way off (it looked like no color was added to the gums) with a big glob of resin on it. I'm guessing the pictures were enough to make a decision by the next day. After that nasty email I did not trust this company to 'fix' the issue. I actually had the nesbit packed and ready to be shipped back to the company. I decided not to send it back after seeing that nasty email. Then I received a note from my bank granting the refund. This whole experience, from the lack of communication to the condition of the product to their unprofessional email, says a lot about how they treat customers. The agent also said to "never order from them again" which is funny because why would I pay $400 for misshapen white resin in my mouth. Sharing this so others can be aware before trusting them with something as important as dental work.

Cannot get a response before even placing an order I attempted to contact Dental Lab Direct twice by email to ask questions before ordering, and received no response whatsoever — not even an acknowledgment. Their only phone number is a US toll-free 1-888 line, which cannot be dialed from outside the United States, leaving international customers with no working way to reach them at all. I've since seen that Trustpilot has suspended this company's rating for misleading use of Trustpilot content. Given that I couldn't even get a reply as a prospective customer, that doesn't surprise me. I'd think twice before trying to order from outside the US — if you can't reach them before paying, what happens if something goes wrong after?

I originally bought a partial denture in April 2026. I waited the four weeks for it to be delivered. After receiving it, I tried to wear it several times. It didn't fit in my mouth correctly, it was too small. I put it in really hot water like it said, it made my gums bleed, the front tooth was longer than all my other teeth, it looked crazy, and it didn't fit in the top of my mouth. I emailed then regarding this and they said they would send a new impression kit, and to send the old one back. It took about 2 weeks to get the impression kit. I did it, sent the other one back, and waited. With the first kit I sent in they sent a confirmation email saying they received it, with this I never got anything. I emailed them, they confirmed they had got it 6 days before I reached out. I was told it would take approximately 3-4 weeks again. Today makes 7 weeks I've been waiting. I've been emailing weekly, and I keep getting super vague responses, and they are working on it. I just off the phone with my bank. Im going to dispute the charges and get my $618.99 back and spend it elsewhere. If you buy from them, keep all your email communications just in case.

I repeat don't mess with this company they call customers liars we know what we order but gonna tell me I didn't order that I order a tray with teeth glued in it never got a receipt and guaranteed to make you happy is bullshit they Robb your money and send you 23.pp dollar teeth trust me I'm going thru it now and I won't stop about to sew these pieces of shits watch my smoke

I wish that I could give it a zero. I previously purchased veneers from another company 2 years ago and they were quite a bit more money so when I finally needed to get a new pair, I thought I would try something that was a little bit less expensive but not.”cheap”. It took about four weeks to get my veneers. They did not fit at all. You couldn’t get them on my teeth. If you used a rubber mallet. I know I can send them back and have them remade, but to be honest with you, they are the ugliest, most hideous things I have ever seen you are not even getting what you pay for in this instance. As soon as I tried to put them on, my grandson was in the room and said “Nanny those look like fake vampire teeth” I should have just spent the extra $700 and gotten the the veneers that I purchased two years ago. I am looking for something temporary because I’m getting full mouth implants in 1 1/2 years and was hoping this would be the last pair that I would need until then. The pair that I had now from another company has lasted two years and I even eat every meal with them. DO NOT GET THESE!!! I wasted almost $1000 can’t get my money back and I actually threw them in the trash. Buyer beware!

I can not put into words how terrible this piece is. It doesn't fit, it doesn't look good. I wish I could leave a glowing review because lord knows I wanted to smile and eat normally again. I didn't find customer service to be very helpful either. But I am not too upset about that.
