I can not put into words how terrible this piece is. It doesn't fit, it doesn't look good. I wish I could leave a glowing review because lord knows I wanted to smile and eat normally again. I didn't find customer service to be very helpful either. But I am not too upset about that.

I got the impression kit and the instructions are to email them with images of it before sending back. I've emailed 3x, from two different email addresses 6 days ago, and there's no response at all. This was time sensitive and now I have to deal with a credit card dispute because they won't reply to my polite emails asking about if the images are approved for me to send the impressions in. Their site has no phone number, which I should have checked. They only have an online form- which I also used in addition to the emails.

Completely unusable device. Company will not communicate with me about correcting device or refund. They say it’s fine. They are too large. I look ridiculous in them.

After reviewing the images, we are pleased to see that the device looks very nice and is performing exactly as advertised.We understand that there can be an adjustment period when you first begin wearing a new appliance. We recommended to continue to wear it for a few days to allow yourself time to get used to the fit and feel. In most cases, any initial discomfort or unfamiliarity resolves quickly with consistent use.At this stage, we have fulfilled the required work to improve your smile as per our agreement. If there were any functional issues, we would certainly assist you further; however, based on the photos provided, the device is meeting all specified design and aesthetic standards.

My tooth came, I was SO NERVOUS, it would look ugly and not fit right. I kept thinking to myself, what have I done what have I done? All that money wasted. That's how nervous I was. I took it out of the box, and put it in my mouth and it fit PERFECTLY! IT LOOKED PERFECT! I worried for nothing. I couldn't have been more pleased. It was money well spent, now I don't look like a pumpkin head.

After three impression kits, patience and good direction from Dental Direct ( they took the time to get it right), I got my partial. Took them right out of the package, put them right into my mouth. PERFECT fit, no adjustment needed. They look great and feel great. WORTH the wait.
