Been 1.5 years since ordering and NOTHING. they pass everything as a delay to keep your money from charge backs!

Hey Jasmine, Thank you for your support. We do apologize for the experience you may have received and are looking to be better daily and improve as a small business. All emails are responded to within 24-48 hours which is something we take pride in so the email open and being responded to daily. Updates are sent out weekly on our behalf reassuring everyone of everything. I do apologize for the inconvenience with this if there was one. Please reach out to our support email about this issue so we can look into it. As to my understanding and looking at our system your orders were refunded so I would definitely check with your bank as your orders were no longer going to be fulfilled due to being refunded and cancelled as inventory was delayed a significant amount of days. We also notified you all in multiple weekly and monthly updates stating orders in your batch were being refunded as well due to the delay on this batch of orders specifically so this review is not truthful and is very well false. You can't hold orders to prevent a chargeback at all. You can chargeback with any bank from up to 2 years ago and any banker will provide that information.
