Customer Support providing inconsistent information. The delivery timeline is not accurate. Apprently, they have a preparation time that takes at least 4 business days. They should improve the delivery infomation.

Expérience catastrophique
Valises reçues sales, tachées et avec des roues déjà utilisées. En plus un article totalement différent de celui commandé. Contrôle qualité inexistant. Service client inutile. Aucune vraie solution malgré l’urgence liée à un départ en voyage. Vendre des produits dans cet état et à prix fort en se revendiquant marque “premium” est simplement honteux. N'achetez pas Delsey !

When looking for new luggage
When looking for new luggage, a family member suggested Delsey. I loved their look and variety of sizes. Purchased the medium roller however have not used it as yet. Ordering on line was easy, price was right, and luggage arrived when indicated. So far so good.

I hate this suitcase
I hate this suitcase. It’s really small and if you use anything in the computer front part, it pulls on the closure so it doesn’t feel secure and it takes up all the room that you had for your clothes anyway so you probably wouldn’t want to use it then the strap that holds the clothes in on the one side is not elastic so it doesn’t even meet in the middle. This is the worst suitcase I have ever bought and I didn’t take a trip with it until it was too late so now I can’t even return it because it’s two weeks past the 30 days. It’s so bad I wouldn’t even give this to my grandchildren just to have something to do so I’m probably just going to throw it in the $200 down plus down the drain
