Best backpack EVER !
This my second delsey backpack. The backpack is practical and super stylish . I can wear it with jeans and a T-shirt aswell as a dress . The click-lock system is priceless.

Excellent customer service
I recently contacted the Delsey Paris customer service team to inquire about replacement wheels for a garment suitcase I had purchased a few years ago. Not only did they respond quickly, but when the wheels were no longer in stock, they sent me a brand new suitcase as a replacement! I have never had such excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. It has been my experience that they stand behind their products.

It is a well-sized light bag
It is a well-sized light bag, a cup holder would have been helpful on the side (collapsible). The handles were a little weaker than expected, and seemed a little bendable - just have to be a little careful. That's not very Jeep like - so those are my only qualms. Overall a great bag and convenient! Fit on my airline perfectly!

I have had 3 suitcases that got damaged…
I have had 3 suitcases that got damaged withing 7 months. Two of them are new this year. Two of them literally have chunks of plastic missing. Contacted customer service and one got replaced and within two months cracked yet again. Contacted customer service and they want me to ship them to a repair center to see if they can be fixed. I responded and asked what I am supposed to do for luggage as I travel every week for work and no response. The product is not durable and they know that. Honor your warranty and replace your products. Too expensive to be so cheap. Now you’re telling me to contact your customer support team. I’ve said three emails and no one has responded in a week.

Our Delsey Air 2.0 Garment Cover
Our Delsey Air 2.0 Garment Cover is very spacious and feels elegant and durable. We have not yet taken it to the plane but are planning on doing so in some weeks.
