They answered my questions and the instructions pretty easy to understand. We only had one problem, one line set had bad flanges so they had to be redone. Other than that it was a great process and I would recommend it for anyone.

Customer service has been very receptive with support during and after the process. Give this brand a try, you won't regret it.

The purchase process was simple. There was good technical information as well that helped me make the decision. Shipping was also timely. The installation was straight forward. Thus far the unit is operating well. The final selling point was the lifetime warranty for parts. The app could use some improvement, as their is no description of what the different modes do. And I would like to see a read out on the head unit that displays actual temperature, not just set point. Time will tell how good the unit is and I hope the customer service is good if I need it.

Got in touch with customer support first about an issue I was having with my system . They had a tech call me back and was spot on with what was the cause . I had an invoice and part delivered promptly . In further conversations with customer support first they were very helpful and responsive . Nothing short of a good experience .
