A customer claimed the package arrived empty. The speed at which customer service responded to the matter and came to a quick resolution was amazing. A class service.

My item couldn't be shipped immediately by Deliverr. I kept getting the message that it's because of the buyer's address, although the buyer kept re-confirming that it's correct. Had to re-order the shipment. After about 10 days, Deliverr support staff found out that it was because of USPS limitations on parcel size. From that point, within about a week, support staff arranged for DHL to handle the shipment. Although overall it got shipped about 20 days later, Deliverr support team was constantly in touch informing me of every step in the resolution process. Since they only recently launched their international shipments, I rate this experience as positive overall.

I have been using deliverr for the last 3 months. Never had a delay in making our shipments. I would really recommend this company for making fast deliveries. Henry was helpful in solving my problem, Customer service is also quick and they solve the problems in a timely manner.
