It’s hard to find organic, GOTS certified beach towels. So glad to have found Delilah Home and support a small business too! Really great, high quality towels and - even better - great customer service. (I contacted them w/a question and got a response from the CEO!)

Site is difficult to navigate with all the popup ads. I was surprised to see a "route protection package" was added to my bill ($0.98) which I didn't want or need. I've unsubscribed from emails because I've been bombarded with them since my order.

Hello Ellen, Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to review my company. However, I am bummed that 5 days ago, you left us a 2 star review and today a 1 star. As a family run business, this really hurts all the people we have working for our company, who put in countless hours to provide the very best service. Hopefully, I can shed some light on your respected comments. I understand the pop's can be distracting. However, we have found that most people do not have the time to read our thousands of reviews. So, the pop's are a quick way for actual customers to rate our products. I have looked into the timing of them and did respond to your earlier review, thanking you for your feedback and suggestions. Concerning route, there is a disable button that you may have missed. Route serves a purpose to protect you and us from porch pirates or lost shipments. Once shipments leave our building, the shipping carrier is responsible. So, I am glad your package arrived on time. Lastly, when you ordered from us 5 days ago, you caught us in the middle of our Back to School promotion. We have partnered with Operation Warm to provide coats to US kids in need for this Fall. So, the three emails you received from us was to help generate donations to help these children. Looking at my competition, we do send out less emails. I am sorry if we filled your inbox. This was not our intention. Hopefully, the kitchen towels you ordered will be at a 5 star level. We take tremendous pride in producing the best products and having the best customer service. I cant believe these are hemp sheets I'm sleeping on. Just so incredible. Way better than bamboo so soft, I put them on right away the day I got them. I feel like im waking up in a Bali retreat bed. So cozy. So Grateful they are organic, made in Portugal and not China.

Once introduced to Delilah Home products, we are hooked. We have purchased many sets of sheets for ourselves and as gifts for others. The organic cotton is just so comfy, we find it hard leave this comfort to start our day. The towels are likewise soft and cuddly and after a couple of years now of frequent washes, the towels and sheets still look and feel like new. We will continue to purchase from this simply elegant company whenever we are in need of sheet or towels.
