Quality Company!
My apologies my 1st review was from another company. Sheets are the best I have ever owned Fast shipping and the package was even covered in plastic which was extremely thoughtful because is sat in the rain for sever hours before I got home. Very high quality Company!

Hello Harry, Happy Sunday. I just received your review and I left you a voicemail message. It looks like your package was delivered on 1/5. I just sent you the tracking number and the Fedex image of the package on your front door step, to your email on file. Sometimes, Fedex does not scan the packages and this was the reason why you saw it saying label created. So, it looks like we did everything in our power on our end. Thank you, Michael-CEO

Unwrapped towels
I ordered towels, hand towels and bath sheets. They took nearly two weeks to arrive, and when they did the towels and hand towels were unwrapped, packed in a cardboard box only, while the bath sheets were both wrapped in plastic in tied with a bow. This makes me think the towels and hand towels had been previously returned without repackaging.

However, we do sell open stock products that sometimes does not have packaging. This helps us eliminate additional packaging and allows us to meet consumer demand. Great customer service and products
I used their "chat" feature and got a response right away from a shipping question. Ordered towels as a gift for our military daughter and son-in-law and had to ship to an APO address, which they accommodate. We appreciate that and are sure they are going to love these towels! I have their kitchen towels -- best towels I've ever purchased!
