Thought I was getting 6 towels. Over 50 dollars from four??

I purchased a hemp split-king sheet set and duvet cover from Delilah Home about five months ago, spending over $300 (with discount). Unfortunately, my experience has not matched the premium expectations. • Fit: The fitted sheets are substantially oversized. We tested them on three different split king mattresses (Avocado Green, Leesa, Saatva), and in all cases they were far too loose, leaving excess fabric that bunches and shifts uncomfortably. A product at this price point should not require sheet straps or aftermarket fixes to function properly. • Durability: Pilling started within a few months. I was under the impression that genuine hemp fibers are naturally resistant to pilling, so this raises questions about fiber quality or blending. We follow a gentle laundry routine (basic detergent, biweekly washing, weekly for pillowcases), yet the issue persists. • Customer service: I reached out with detailed feedback, including my disappointment and request for clarification on fiber content and sizing standards. The CEO initially responded, saying pilling “should go away in the wash” and asking for photos. I provided a more detailed follow-up, but never received a reply. I value companies that stand behind their products, especially when marketing them as premium, durable, and award-winning. At present, I cannot recommend these sheets. For the price, they should last many years and fit properly.

I reviewed the towels on January 27, 2021 saying, "Too much lint comes off after washing. The towels are very well made and fluffy, but after each washing there is lint at the end of every fibre. Lots in the dryer filter too. Lint comes off on my face and body for the first few uses. Clogs up my electric razor with fuzz. Others said this too in reviews" I received a nice reply from company president saying that they were sure this was an anomaly and they'd be happy to give me new ones if I sent my contact info. I did that but have never heard from them again. Now after 10 washes, there is still a big ball of lint that comes off and whenever we dry ourselves, we have lint all over us. We are giving up.

After the second wash and dry, these towels shed A TON of lint. Along with a huge amount of lint in the washer and dryer, the tags came off. I wonder about the quality of the towels. I did order a second smaller quantity of these towels, but I am heading to the laundromat to deal with the excessive lint. They were not very absorbent, as well, but I am hoping that will improve over time.
