First it's pretty sad when you place an order from multiple places and everything arrives on a Tuesday but the order that you placed with AR-15 discounts at the same time may show up on Friday. I ordered an Odin heavy buffer they shipped me a light Oden buffer turn around time and waiting for your store credit took almost a month and then my last order I live in Michigan was floating around in Texas for a couple of weeks that one took almost a month to get to my door and my most recent order was a black charging handle and a Magpul bad lever what did they send me when I got my confirmation email a blue charging handle! I'm so done with this company better to pay more and get the right thing to your mailbox then having to ship the wrong item back that they sent you that you didn't order this is the second time in a month because I order frequently. Done Done.

I bought and paid for an A5 buffer system kit which includes everything including the A5 buffer tube. I received only the buffer spring and buffer, the hardware, but no buffer tube. I filled out a missing items form weeks ago which says they usually respond within 1-3 business days. Zero response. I've sent multiple e-mails. Radio silence from them. They stole my money and left me high and dry without all my items I ordered. Stay far away from this shitty business.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a suppressor off of them that was advertised to include the QD flash hider, not only in the pictures, but also in their product description. I received only the suppressor and no attachments to connect it to the gun. They then tell me it does not come with the QD flash hider and I'm out of luck as they don't carry this part, and to check with the company that makes it. I feel this is highly unacceptable, they misrepresented the product so they should provide me with one or take this back with a full refund.

Besides from.late reply do to timing. It has beed very helpful in what I need and always giving me better deals plus resolving issue. Thank you guys!

Been a long time since I looked at AR15discounts. Went to their website. Popped up save 15% on your order. I signed up with my email and hit enter. Then asked for my phone number. I was like nope then exit out. Checked my email for the 15% off never got it. Basically they want your email then phone number baiting you in. That is misleading. No wonder I haven't bought anything from this company in a long time.

The delivery of my barrel and other parts for my ar15 16" barrel to a 20" barrel was a Awsome fit and just what I wanted!!!! I did the swap in 30mins with YouTube and it was relatively easy with no hickups !!! Thank You David Roddy Tyler Tx

This place had everything I needed for my Shuty AP9-9mm PLA+ build. Not only that, their price point was on point. Most affordable retail #'s out there. I was provided all needed proof of purchase for tracking later. Not of fault of their own, a mis-print on the address lable rerouted my order back to them, their TOP TIER 2 customer service policy was deployed & they notified me of the mishap, another rapid express delievery was created for me stat. I tell everyone reading this, just that fact is reason enough to support this business. Their customer service is bar none the best.
