The Defense Tax Group actually cares. It is a big city institution with a small town vibe. They took the time to listen to my situation and helped me understand all aspects and then helped me with the best solution for my specific situation. I ultimately had to ask them to do something that was specifically denied in the contract. Once I asked Chris, the office manager, he responded, "We don't typically do that but we aren't in the business of taking advantage of people." Then he granted my request.
