The company stands by their products! Had an issue with one purchase and it was taken care without question.

Three months after purchasing an EMF Defendershield earplug for $75, the unit stopped working. I contacted Defendershield for assistance, but they only offered to replace the unit if I paid $8.99 for shipping. This is unacceptable, considering the item became defective within a short time frame. As a result, I am highly dissatisfied with Defendershield and would not recommend their products to anyone.

Better than nothing however I still feel radiation on my genital area when my laptop is on my lap on top of the defendershield.

Excellent customer service. I bought the "EMF Radiation-Free Air Tube Over-Ear Headphones" a couple of months back. They immidiately sent out a replacement pair after cracks started to appear in the casing. I did not have to send back the defective item. It was great to also have the 1 year warrenty included in the purchase Notice others have not had the same experience. It may be that the company has recently changed some of their practices to make them more customer friendly. Shame however that the headphones did develop cracks only after a couple of months (although performance was not affected). Hopefully they can sort out this product issue as the headphones themselves are great.

Ordered $500 worth of products. Phone case didn’t work- right toggle didn’t connect properly. Tried to return it says 20% restocking fee if opened!!!! Customer service phone number doesn’t work. No email contact. WAY TOO EXPENSE FOR THIS KIND OF NON SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased an iPhone 13 case. This is one of the mini products I have purchased. The slots for credit cards and drivers license is has a piece of fabric behind it that attaches to the phone to prevent your cards from falling out and that he’s came detached from the case. I’ve only had the phone a week or so and if you want to return something that was defective during the first 30 days, they still require you to pay for the shipping to return the defective item and to pay for shipping to get a replacement. I will not do business with this company again the product was poorly made. And they do not stand behind it. I don’t recommend you purchased products from this company.

Company is a scam.Their magnet does not hold the cell phone in the case securely and my new phone slipped out and the phone shattered. My new case was not of good quality like previous cases purchased from them! Company refused to pay my insurance replacement cost for a new phone. Had been their customer since 2018. This company does not stand behind their products or their long time customers. Also, please see the youtube video proving cell phones cases are not radiation proof which I just discovered! Shame on you Defender Shield!!
