The magnet that is supposed to keep the phone in place, is not strong enough to stay on the Defender Shield. Therefore, my phone slips around, and I run the obvious risk of it dropping and breaking. I reported this, and was told to file a complaint, or some time consuming BS like that. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN UP THE MESSES AND DO THE WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR ME. Does anyone? JUST SEND ANOTHER MAGNET FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. PLEASE.

The delivery took 3x the announced time. As a result, it will arrive at our address after we’ve moved, and our money is completely wasted.

I didn’t like it. I had switched phones and had went back to my original iPhone & the adhesive on the tabs don’t stick as well. I am afraid it will come loose and my iPhone will just slide right out & break. I don’t even use it.

I had purchased this item previously for another cell phone and it worked very well. The phone stayed securely inside the case. However, the glue on the back of the magnet that holds the phone in the case did not work this time - likely because it had deteriorated and was old. A new magnet was shipped to me but it suffers from the same defect. Disappointed.

The earbuds will not stay on! I tried all the sizes and my friend try it too and they fall off immediately. Sounds quality pretty bad as well. Returning.

I got charged for delivery insurance by force, over 40 dollars. Very dissapointed, wont order again thats for sure..
