It’s a scam
It’s a scam It’s a scam, unit arrived unable to charge, they told to clean it, started working after a few days, got to use it 10 minutes and went back dead. RMA told unit is damaged on purpose, sent a few pictures with barely a scratch on it, refuse to return unit saying they diposed it for safety and directing to buy new one for 25% discount. Stay away and don’t bother with customer service. Will try to send all data over to proper authorities.

Unfortunately, in this case, the damage affected the internal components, including the motherboard. Regrettably, this kind of damage cannot be repaired to ensure the sonar’s full functionality. We understand your frustration and genuinely regret that this situation has not met your expectations. The order came within a week.
The batteries came within a week of ordering, which is better than some UK companies can do, very pleased with the overall quality of the product and of the company thus far.
