You guys are doing an amazing job! I’m a big fan of deeper since 2016, and I’m pretty sure that new Quest will not disappoint me in the future!

In 3 days war the livering, very good.

I purchased a deeper and after 2 uses (2 days) it stopped charging. Costumer support had me send it back. When it was opened there was water damage to the inside. I follow all instructions as to the use to the use of it, from charging to putting it back together. Not sure how the water damage occurred but I was offered a refurbished one at a slightly cheaper price as a brand new one of the same kind. I was also offered a little bigger discount if I purchased an upgraded one which was quite a bit more expensive. I went with the more expensive one. Hopefully that doesn’t bit me in the …. I can honestly say I highly doubt the water damage came from me by the looks of the pictures that were sent to me. I don’t believe there would have been that much corrosion after 2 uses. The date of experience was not 1-16-2025. Don’t remember exact date.
