Customer service was super quick and amazingly helpful. blew all the other options out of the water with their speed! I do wish they had more server options in the US but they're adding more and more as time goes on!

As a previous customer to an expensive host, it was a breath of relief to see that I could get better server hardware for a whole lot less. The prices are excellent for what you get. The customer service is also fantastic, very quick responses and very helpful. They transferred my old server files and helped me get it set back up in about an hour. Very active discord server as well which is quite helpful. 10/10

These guys are great hosts. When you put in your support ticket, took a matter of minutes to get a response, and help immediately. Really appreciate it. Good hardware to support the servers, and if you are on a budget they have great prices for the specific server and hardware you'd like to use. 5 stars from me
