Tldr: best support I've ever had from any host. After experiencing some issues with my old server provider I started searching for a new one. DedicatedMC immidietely stood out on reddit as being the go to for most people so I decided to check them out, after that I was pleasantly surprised at just about everything I found out. Here are some points : 1. I was hoping that they'd have at least a web chat...they have discord...it can't get better than this, or does it? It did. I could open a ticket on discord completely cutting out the hour wait time of the past. Absolutely amazing. 2. They provide static ipv4 addresses for everyone, a neat treat seeing how ipv4 addresses have ran out. 3. They think about the customer, I queried them regarding their packages and what was best for me, I was thinking about their biggest or second biggest package. They reviewed my needs and told me I have no need for such expensive hardware for my purpose instead of trying to milk every penny out of me. 4. I was looking at getting a dedicated box from a generic server vendor but wasn't sure if I wanted to do everything from scratch, they offer the same hardware while limited to a part of it, with a control panel already installed and support in setting up your server for a fraction of the price. All in all, I don't think it could get any better. -.kARAT

I spent a few days searching around for a good provider with a fair price and came across DedicatedMC, setting up the server was simple and easy (I’m not tech savvy) and then using the panel is easy enough to figure out. I went with the budget plan for $12 a month and the server runs very well with me and 5-6 friends which is plenty for me, I’m sure it would run fine with more people too. But the best part of this provider is the customer service. Like I said, I’m not tech savvy so I’ve had a few questions and problems I couldn’t resolve myself and every time I’ve reached out they’ve gotten back to me in the snap of a finger and helped me fix things. I’m very happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend!
