Always helpful as well as being a great host. I've been using this service for some months now, no problems what so ever.

I had a support issue as I wanted my server region changing. I was contacted by 2 Directors and had it changed within a matter of minutes. 10/10 company, I really suggest you use these guys.

MstrTaffy was quick to help and to sort out my confusion! Amazing guy, thanks for the help, and the great hosting service :).

When I struggled to set up my server I was helped quickly and efficiently! Very friendly as well.

I had a problem with my server, but the friendly staff-members helped me really good.

Friendly, professional, and fast service. They resolved my issue, and also answered a few of my other questions. Entire process took maybe 5 minutes?

Changed to this host because I needed a server with stronger HW. No regrets on going to them. I now have a lag free server. Support and costumer service is really great. Fast replay on tickets, and any issues gets sorted out as soon as possible. Absolutly recomend these guys

You may pay a premium compared to other places but-- you get what you pay for! Literally the best minecraft server hosting company out there. From the beautiful panel to the fully dedicated non-overselling of the CPU core ( with modern CPU's like the ryzen 3900x ), this host is amazing.
