So I am new to setting up servers, and wanted to run a modpack on a server, and when I contacted support to get some help in setting it up, they not only helped me, but my support agent Josh was able to actually get the server completely installed for me! Best customer support out there!

Switched to these guys from MCProHosting, so far their servers have been running a lot better, but the real kicker for me was their control panel's user friendliness and the amazing support they have offered. After some chatting with MstrTaffy, one of their staff, my friends and I were able to secure a really convenient and exclusive deal with their servers that helped us save money while also upgrading the server performance from previous host. Great bang for buck, their servicing is friendly and simply excellent.

I switched from a different hosting company over to DedicatedMC and they were able to transfer all my files within minutes. Using the same exact configuration for my Minecraft server, the server's average TPS went from ~18 to 20.0. (I had the highest performance plan available at the previous hosting company as well). Switching to DedicatedMC was a great decision and the customer support team has provided excellent customer service, responding to opened tickets within seconds on Discord. AMAZING servers, don't think I've dropped below 19tps with 5-7 players online on the budget plan! I recommend this to ANYONE looking for a minecraft server.
