If i could give this a 6 star review i could. Customer support through the roof. We managed to delete minecraft from our minecraft server and they fixed it!

This server host is amazing. Easy server setup and system performance, I have run into no tps issues or system lag while playing. I would recommend these cheap servers to any friends looking for any.

Amazing service, little to no lag at all.

I had no experience with servers at all, and was certain I'd go to bed frustrated and exhausted after trying. Instead, I find myself with a server up and running and already optimized. I feel like I know what I'm doing. All this is thanks to the wonderful DedicatedMC website and Discord channel. I wasn't sure what plan would best suit my needs, but I got immediate help from their discord and was able to pay for the right plan. After that, the guides on the website made setting up and optimizing the server easy, and whenever I needed help the discord allowed me to get help quickly. I can't express enough how relieved and excited I am now that I got started with DedicatedMC. Things are going smoothly and I'm learning a lot about servers. Thanks DedicatedMC!

Server runs really well so far. I use to play realms, this is a lot better. The support is really good, solved an issue I had with a mod within minutes, I was running a wrong java version.

It's the best. Performance is incredible and my server is always running smooth on some of the best hardware available. Not to mention, the fast, friendly and extremely helpful support team. In the rare cases I experienced downtime, they were quick to respond and they did their best to make sure it was back up and running as soon as possible. Plus the friendly community and clean looking panel. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer support. They don't care about you, they only care about making money. They will delete your entire server if you don't pay there manual payment same day (With no notice, you have no idea its manual unless you check your email with their one notification to 'pay your bill' 2 weeks prior to bill due date. You think its automatic, but it isn't. They delete your stuff so they can get their slot open for their next customer Also, you can tell they are buying fake reviews. None of them are verified. That means they were just created, and no verification on the fake email they used to sign up. Another red flag is the names used for the reviewers. I wrote review before this one last month and they got TrustPilot to delete it because I called them out for using fake reviews. All of sudden they are using full names that look semi real now, funny.

I've dabbled in hosting Minecraft servers for years now, using MCProHosting, ggservers, and a few other hosts that I didn't use long enough to remember. I started out using MCPH years and years ago, and became more and more interested in branching out as I became more and more disappointed in them. Never really found a host I loved. Then a few months ago, some friends and I want to play together, so I start looking into hosts again. I, for some reason, decided to look mostly at raw specs vs price, instead of looking into reviews. That was a mistake. I settled on ggservers, since they had a 50% coupon code, so I could grab a high-tier plan for one month, and then be done with it. I got the modpack together, put it on the server, and fired up the world. Also in there somewhere, I had an issue with getting the modpack on it correctly, so I put in a ticket. It took, if I remember, almost a week to get that sorted. And a few days before I even heard back after putting the ticket in. Once the server was finally running, we all hopped on (about 5 of us, at the time), and it was...awful. Horrible rubber-banding, chunks didn't load, and some people even timed out. I started looking at reviews, and realized I had made a horrible mistake. Lots of people were recommending dedicatedmc.io, however, so I told my friends to give me 20 minutes, and I moved everything over. The plan cost about the same amount (no coupon code) and had, on paper, much worse specs. But it ran a million times smoother. The performance was the best I'd ever experienced with a server host. And, when I eventually ran into a problem with something, they helped so quickly. They handle tickets through discord which, while a bit weird to me at first, made the whole process so fast. I opened a ticket, and within a minute had a message asking what I needed help with. The entire process took about 10 minutes from start to finish, and the customer service was phenomenal. Basically, DedicatedMC gives you the whole package. I've never used a better server host, and I probably won't use another host ever again. (They also make it super easy to set up additional ports on a server, and it made setting up a voice chat mod extremely quick.)
