I have to admit, the pre-sales part is a bit messy when you're not ordering something by default from their website. I've started with a single instance and have upgraded to a dedicated server and the support has been fabulous. There is a quick, dedicated line of support with just great people that think along with your problem. I haven't required a lot of support myself, but seeing in the community, they're more than willing to help with user problems/issues that other hosts would just have fixed with a 'reinstall' and saying that's not their problem. The uptime. 100%. Didn't miss a single beat and this is their unique selling point: you actually get what you pay for. We've been running several tournaments with a community and we haven't experienced any lag or network issues. After coming from several hosts: if you just want something managed and something 'that just works as expected': I recommend DedicatedMC.

Great value and service When searching for a host for a server, DedicatedMC had glowing reviews. Both about the quality of hosting and customer service. I was having issues with my server stability and was wondering about upgrading my server package to account for it and I was starting to wonder if I'd end up needing to switch to another host with a bigger capacity than they offer. After raising a ticket to process an upgrade, they said it would probably be unnecessary, they've never seen a server need more than 16GB to date (and our usage was constantly maxed at 16GB, causing crashes). They investigated the issue and halfed the usage! They also implemented a reboot schedule to help further manage it along with in-game updates for players on when this is happening. Since then, performance has been smoother than before and I feel confident that if I have further issues that they'd help me check for other causes rather than leaving it to me to fix alone. They said they'd do everything they could to avoid selling me an unnecessary upgrade and I totally believe that. Can definitely recommend, great value service.

I have 6 services bought, and I needed a lot of help moving from another host and setting up mysql and moving all the data and they were here the entire time and helped me for 5 hours straight and they were polite the entire time I would choose DedicatedMC over any other host
