Their staff were filled with kind and understanding members. I will say the site confused me at first, however after learning it (which didn't take long due to how simple it was), it was very simple and understandable. If I ever choose to host a sever, I'll come back DedicatedMC.

The worst host I've ever had I bought a host which had very big latency problems and they excused themselves saying it was because of my internet, all my players had the same problem with the ping. The support didn't help me at all, when they didn't know how to help me anymore they just said "We don't give help to cracked servers" then I told them about a refund and they banned me from discord. The staff of this page are very professional

Hey Samuel, We're sorry you feel this way, but a few things here are misrepresented. After thoroughly investigating your server and even joining ourselves to verify, further troubleshooting revealed the issue was your internet, as the other players in your server confirmed they had no issues when we joined the server and as shown inside your trace route that you had made for us. We did our best to offer alternatives on how you might improve your connectivity to the server. We advised you at the time that support is limited with cracked servers. You had even agreed with us on our diagnoses and after we had asked whether or not we could offer further support, you had declined such an offer. We had given numerous attempts at showing you that from your traceroute measured to your server, that it was an issue with your connection. All of our nodes are publicly viewable as well as our latency viewer @ lag.wtf, none of which were showing any signs of fault at the time of writing and during those tickets. This was also shown to you and explained. This took place within the first few days of the purchase. Your request for a refund was 3 weeks after the purchase, which is well beyond the 48hr refund policy as stated in our Terms of Service. You were only banned after you initiated a charge back via PayPal, which again, is a bannable offense and part of our Terms of Service, considering your server was active during that time. And lastly, it is common practice both among hosts and with the people creating Paper, that offline servers receive minimal/no support. Great server company. Some people may be a bit worried about the discord support but its unbelievable fast. I open up a ticket and they respond before I can send my problem. Most other companies take hours.

I've used their service on and off for about 2 years. Originally transferred from a different host, which was also great, performance wise atleast. The support experience thought was night and day. The host I was with previously only offered in panel chat messages which during prime hours took minutes to get a response, and possibly minutes between replies. On dedicated it takes seconds to get incredible support through their discord. The support agents are helpful and friendly, and quite leaniant with what they help with, eventhough it's not necessarily dedimc related. Their guides and documentation cover nearly anything a starting server admin needs to get their own server running. Their prices are also extremely competitive, offering plans from basic, to full dedicated rigs with multiple cores, lots of ram and storage space. And the panel they have availabe is easy to use and read, apart from the ram usage, which is always pegged thanks to the server settings they use. This is a minor annoyance, but nothing major since you can just install something like spark to find out the real usage. All in all, every 5 star review they get is well deserved. Would recommend them over every other host, unless you've got some very special needs that another host specializes in.
