You're getting what you're paying for. So it's good quality servers for a good price. Customer support is also pretty good.

I had a billing issue with them, created a support ticket and was promptly helped by Kimon/Egomaw and refunded. Amazing service. Their servers have been great as well and I recommend them to anyone.

We were using shared hosting before switching to DedicatedMC. Our previous host left us high and dry with almost 36 hours of downtime. We then searched for a new provider, and found DedicatedMC. I have used the server for about a month now. The server performance is good, bear in mind I'm using a budget option. With the semi-competitive pricing for Budget Server options, they more than deliver an ASTOUNDING service. Tickets opened get served in less than 5 seconds literally. The service support/moderators are very informed and educated to the point they can give tips and tweaks to your modpack to further enhance your experience. For myself, service is much more important to me than pricing. And they do deliver.

It's what you'd expect from a good server host. The server performance is good even with the budget options, though some optimization mods may be required with any mods. The community and support is excellent and quick. I haven't experienced any downtime, and the staff seem to be pretty quick at resolving server issues since they report whatever servers that are down in the Discord. It's a good option for your Minecraft server needs for affordable servers for small to medium communities.
