I haven't been with the program long, but when I talked with the original customer service representative, he took his time and explained everything clearly. I had my onboarding call scheduled yesterday. He texted me, albeit a little early, and I had to push the call back about 15 minutes, but the call got taken care of pretty close to the time that it was originally scheduled. So far, I do feel more feel more confident that the program will be able to help me.

I was skeptical at first because there are so many scams out there promising debt relief. But all my questions were answered and everything was made very transparent. I’m finally hopeful that I can see light at the end of the tunnel with my debt.

Hello ! My husband and I signed up for this debt consolidation program since August 19,2024. Almost immediately, we misplaced the password to log into our client portal. We followed instructions to reset our password via e-mail, and over the phone with customer service multiple times. It is now September 4, 2024 and we have yet to receive any kind of response, and we can't access our portal. We don't know what to do anymore. If anything to us this is a very important matter, and it needs to be treated in a timely manner. Thank you! Melisa Morin
