I can’t say how great the service was during my initial call. Jonelle was the best person that could have set me up with the program, not only did she explain everything in great detail she really gave me peace of mind with my concerns. When she told me she doesn’t forget about her people, she meant it. I emailed her after I got set up and as she said she was quick to respond and assist in my new questions. My favorite thing was how much I could relate to her as a person, that just made the whole experience feel real. Debt isn’t easy to manage when it wasn’t a subject that was taught to you growing up so I’m happy I’m enrolled in a community that is likeminded and wanting to move forward debt free. Just finished setting up my plan to get out of debt and Americor made it easy. I wasn't sure what to expect but everyone I dealt with helped give me peace of mind. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Being that I just got done setting up my plan now I need to see how they will accomplish what they told me they would do. At this point I am very satisfied only what happens next will be the key to how I fell in the near future.
