I worked with Erica yesterday and today. She was very professional , understanding and non judgmental, which meant a lot to me over the embarrassment I saw facing. She assured me the company was not like other companies I’ve dealt with and list $ with no resolution, only more anxiety and stress. I will work with someone on Monday to set up my portal account and we will begin my journey. I already feel less stress and have good hopes for my financial future.

I’m just starting out in the program, during the awkward phase. We had lots of questions. The staff has been outstanding with me, they have touched base with me several times to make sure I knew how the process worked, any questions I may have, and advice on how to proceed.
