They charge 27% of your total debt…
They charge 27% of your total debt balance, regardless of how much they actually negotiate the debt down. For example, if they settle your debt for 80% of the balance, you'll still owe their full fee—often resulting in a higher overall cost than if you negotiated directly with the lender yourself. Don't be misled into thinking this is your only option. In many cases, you can work directly with the loan company, negotiate a settlement, and save yourself thousands of dollars in unnecessary fees.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While clients are always free to work directly with their creditors, many creditors require settlement payments in one or two lump-sum payments, which isn't financially feasible for everyone. Our program allows clients to build funds over time and typically repay settlements over 12–24 months without additional interest. While settlement results vary by creditor and individual circumstances, our goal is generally to negotiate settlements around 50% of the enrolled balance, though some creditors may settle for more or less. We encourage anyone considering their options to carefully compare the costs, payment requirements, and overall benefits before making a decision.
