Watch purchased absolutely beautiful, exceeded all expectations! The service provided by Emma exceptional. Provided a video of the actual watch prior to shipment and provided setup guidance upon receipt. Will definitely purchase again!

do NOT trust this company. They will send you either wrong items or faulty low quality items then not honor their refund policy. They want to appear trust worthy but you will be STUCK with anything sent to you. I have an ongoing case with this company for not honoring their promise. Emma will only blame you and not take responsibility if she makes a mistake. She sent me items I only inquired about after she couldnt fulfill an item I was already charged for. Instead of refunding money she convinced me to exchange. When I exchanged she sent me wrong items then wouldn’t cure the issue. She also had me measure my feet for shoe size yet what she sent me was an entire size too small. I asked her to send me correct size but she never did and to this date I have not rcvd money or correct size. I have spent a lot of money just to be stuck with items I cannot use or didn’t want I have begged them to cure but Emma keeps playing games and delaying. She promised me she would refund 400 plus send me two bags to make up for the wrong items i never approved to be sent but to date she still has not done anything. I had 4 items on my order and even compromise to cure three items just to be done but she still has not fulfilled her promised. Even thought I have text proof of her promise. This has been an absolute nightmare. I have been extremely stressed and have wasted so much time for empty promises. She even lied to PayPal that I did rcv items when it’s not truthful of size is wrong and pieces are not what I approved. I have an ongoing case with her now and will not give up. I will not give up until she follows through her promise. EVERYONE should be very careful with her. She will act like she will take care of u but when something goes wrong she will only give you empty promises. I am sure when she responds to this review she will LIE too. It’s so disheartening- I really wish I never ordered anything from this company. I got fooled by the PayPal and 14 day return policy. It’s hard to deal with a company that will Lie !! Do not use this company beware I will be reporting them to consumer agency if promise is not fulfilled

I have been working with Emma for a few weeks. She promised me that she will send me correct size shoes but she never did. I rcvd faulty items and WRONG items but she would not allow a refund and said she will exchange but she never sent me correct items. It’s been a complete nightmare. Her website says you can get FULL refund but that is a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My ORDER had 4 items and now they claim it was only one pair of shoes. The amount of lies and deceit this company participates is unbelievable. They do not play fair. If you get the wrong size or a bag that is faulty they will not cure it for you. Their items are NOT GOOD quality. Save your money and headache - don’t use this company !!! They will gas light you on any issues you may have !!
