Customer service was amazing especially Emma who I dealt with. Personally there was a small hiccup in the beginning with shipping, but Emma worked on magic and I received my package as she promised no complaints on this side.

The company sold me a Rose Daytona Replica and it is not working. I was required to send in a video showing how I’m setting and winding the watch (despite owning real Rolexes) customer service is not responsive and the issue is still unresolved going into a month. No replacement or refund. Buyer Beware! This company will give you the run around, I’m guessing past the 14 day return window. I will not be buying from them and I suggest you do NOT PURCHASE from them either. This has the makings of a scam or just poor business practices. Stay away!
Response from DealsyityJan 29, 2026
Hi Navin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and understand your frustration. We’d like to clarify that we have already processed a replacement watch for you, and the new item is currently on its way. We kindly ask for a bit more patience while it’s being delivered. Please also note that watches are delicate mechanical products. In some cases, rough handling during shipping can unfortunately affect the internal gears, even when the watch is shipped brand new with full box and protection. This is rare but possible, and not something we ever want for our customers. Rest assured, we stand behind our products and will continue to support you until this matter is fully resolved. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. — The Dealsyity Team
