Not the Right Item at First, But Excellent Correction I was genuinely excited to experience what everyone has been raving about, but I was extremely disappointed when I did not receive the item I ordered. I purchased the LV Alma PM, which was listed at 35 cm. I was later told it would be 32 cm, and instead I received the BB size, which is only 25 cm — a major difference. At that point, I couldn’t reach anyone for support, and the lack of communication was frustrating and far from what I expected. Although I received the incorrect item, the workmanship is excellent and the items arrived within the quoted timeline. Emma has since followed up and promptly addressed the issue. She confirmed that the correct Alma PM in the 32 cm size is now being shipped out. I appreciate her professionalism, quick response, and willingness to resolve the situation. I’ve adjusted my rating based on this positive follow‑up.and her efforts to correct the issue.
