This has been the most attentive and helpful service I have received in a very long time. I ordered a few watches. From the day I placed the ordered Emma demonstrated superb customer service. She answered any questions I had immediately and ensured she kept me informed of my purchase from beginning to end. I received my watches and they were delivered promptly and packaged very elegant and rich looking. Emma’s service is to be rewarded. I am definitely ordering more products.

I haven't received my order yet but had to write a 5 star review for the level of customer service I have received. I had some questions about my order and asked for help online and was immediately texted by a tech who has helped me tremendously. Thank you so much! I'm truly so excited for the order as well!

I ordered the fan purse arrived quickly well wrapped and looked like the pic on their site. No orange box, unmarked dust bag and enclosed in a zip lock bag. I will purchase from them again

Excellent service- gorgeous bag – I will definitely be buying more products from this website. I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!

You get what you pay for

I'm very upset that my order was delivered late. I had ordered it as a gift for my son's birthday and didn't expect it to take two weeks to arrive. They expained that the delay was due to high order volumes ad the end of the year, but I really wanted my son to receive it on his birthday. I hope the delivery process improves. I will continue to support if shipping becomes faster.
